CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing NCS Aesthetics for your appointment needs. I value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. A $50 or 50% of service, whichever is less, will be charged to hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied to the service amount at the time of checkout. If the appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, the deposit will be refunded. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or appointment no-shows. If this is your first scheduled appointment and you have paid a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited as the cancellation fee. If you are an existing client, the credit card on file will be charged the cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered canceled, and a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be applied. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and I want to be flexible whenever possible. However, by enforcing this policy, I aim to ensure fairness to all clients and maintain the efficiency of operations. To avoid any inconvenience, I kindly request that you make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
